In ancient times, Kea was called the "water" island because of the numerous springs and natural fountains. The island got its name from the hero Keo, the first settler of the island around 1100 BC.
It is an island of stunning scenery, breathtakingly beautiful beaches, picturesque villages and winding cobbled alleys.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy all these delights of the island.
Day 4)
Sailing on a yacht to Mykonos - Overnight in Mykonos.
Mykonos is famous for numerous myths, in one of which Poseidon breaks the land into dozens of small Cyclades islands with his trident. Ancient temples and churches, windmills and romantic winding streets scattered throughout the resort. It's a truly festive and luxurious island of constant parties and a Greek cozy atmosphere. This is a trendy bohemian vacation spot, where perfect snow-white houses with multi-colored windows make their way through the rocky shores. It's also the crystal clear sea, like a reflection of the bright blue sky and the beaches with sparkling golden sand.
Mykonos is a magnet for millionaires, stars, models and party-goers. Madonna, Nicolas Cage, Sophia Loren, Rihanna and Leonardo Di Caprio love to relax in this friendly place.
We will also stop here to feel the atmosphere of the island.
Day 5
Mykonos - Delos
The sacred island in Greek mythology is a sacred place, the place where Apollo and Artemis were born.
It is currently uninhabited and turned into an island museum, an open-air archaeological reserve. Protected by UNESCO.
The myths say that the island of Delos was a floating island, and was constantly moving through the sea. Latonia, who was considered the goddess of summer by the ancient Greeks, found shelter on it. The great Thunderer Zeus fell in love with her, and Latonia gave birth to twins from the main god of Olympus.
Hera, who was the legal wife of Zeus, cursed Latonia out of jealousy. "Not a single firmament of the earth will accept you so that you can give birth to children on it," Hera shouted. Poseidon took pity on the goddess of summer and told her where she could give birth to the children of Zeus.
Here you will find a tour of the island with a licensed guide who will plunge you into the atmosphere of Ancient Hellas.
Day 6
Paros
Paros is an island of amazing beauty, one of those picturesque islands in the middle of the Aegean Sea, the photo of which can be seen in glossy magazines and in advertising booklets.
This is the "white island", where the unique Parian marble has been mined since ancient times - bright white, beautifully polished, translucent and as if glowing from the inside, famous buildings and sculptures of Hellas were created from this marble. Paros is the birthplace of the great satirical poet of antiquity Archilochus and the center of the ancient Cycladic civilization. The first settlements on the island appeared 10,000 BC.
You can enjoy this beautiful island to the fullest.
Day 7
Syros
One of the most popular islands and an elegant combination of contrasts. Cycladic minimalism, medieval charm, neoclassical grace, Orthodox traditions and Catholic heritage, magnificent landscape and fishing villages. This endless variety is simply amazing!
But you will be charmed not only by its diversity, beaches and landscape, but also by its cuisine and the high quality of local products.
Do not forget that Greek cuisine is considered as one of the most healthy and delicious, which you will taste with great pleasure.
Day 8
Kythnos
Kythnos is exotic, it is "different world", a place of relaxation and solitude, a place for sailing and diving. An unpretentious beach holiday, where time seems to flow in another dimension, filled with the smooth rhythms of Greek melodies, the sound of the surf and the singing of birds. The virgin beauty of Kythnos captivates and immerses in itself, as in the sea.
As our many travelers write in their memories of the island, this is the place from which it is difficult to break away!
Thermal springs are also a nice bonus, if you wish, you can try on yourself their healing power, which was described long before our era.
Day 9
Kythnos - Athens
Having enjoyed a lot of swimming on the island of Kythnos, we will arrive in Athens in the evening, overnight on a yacht, optionally a gala dinner on a yacht.
